This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product / service that you have purchased through the HUCS Bharat Jyoti Private Limited Platform.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 1 day of placing the order.
  • Requests may not be entertained if the process of shipping/delivery has already initiated or if orders have been communicated to merchants listed on the Platform.
  • In such events, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep if applicable.
  • Cancelation requests are not accepted for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds can be made if the user establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not good (for perishables).
  • Damaged or defective items should be reported within 1 day of receipt. Requests will be entertained once the seller determines the same.
  • If the received product is not as shown on the site or as per expectations, it must be brought to notice within 1 day. Customer service will decide the course of action.
  • For products with manufacturer warranty, please refer issues directly to them.
  • Approved refunds will take 1 day to be processed by HUCS Bharat Jyoti Private Limited.

🚫 Standard Non-Refundable Policy

For educational consultancy and guide services, payments once processed are non-refundable as stated in the Terms & Conditions.

3. Return & Exchange Policy

  • We offer refund / exchange within the first 5 days from the date of your purchase.
  • If 5 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a return, exchange or refund.
  • To be eligible for a return: (i) purchased item should be unused and in the same condition as received, (ii) item must have original packaging.
  • Items purchased on sale may not be eligible for return/exchange.
  • Only defective or damaged items are replaced based on an exchange request.
  • Certain categories of products/items are exempted from returns or refunds.

4. Return Acceptance

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the receipt. If approved after a quality check, your request (return / exchange) will be processed in accordance with our policies.
