  • We do not guarantee admission, selection, or specific results as these depend on institutional and government policies.

3. User Responsibilities

To ensure smooth service delivery, you agree to:

  • Independently verify eligibility criteria, course details, and fee structures before applying.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

5. 🚫 NO REFUND & NO CANCELLATION POLICY

All payments made to the Company are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE under any circumstances.

Please be aware that once a payment is processed:

  • Cancellation of services is not allowed.
  • Refund requests will not be entertained or processed.

This strict policy applies to all services including, but not limited to:

  • Admission consultancy and facilitation
  • Platform registration and processing fees
  • Documentation support and verification
  • Career guidance and counseling services

6. No Guarantee of Admission

Admission processes are complex and governed by multiple factors. You acknowledge that admission depends on:

  • University or college-specific rules and availability
  • Merit and eligibility criteria as defined by the institution
  • Government regulations and quota systems

The Company shall not be held responsible for any rejection or non-selection by the institutions.

7. Exceptional Cases

  • In extremely rare and exceptional circumstances, the Company may review a case.
  • Any refund or credit, if considered, will be at the sole and absolute discretion of the Company's management.
  • Decisions made by the Company in such cases shall be final and binding.

8. Intellectual Property

All content available on this Platform, including but not limited to design, text, graphics, logos, and images, is the exclusive property of the Company or its content suppliers.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of this material is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • The Company, its directors, or employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Prayagraj (Allahabad), Uttar Pradesh.
